Our Lil’ Dragons program is an age appropriate martial arts child development program for boys and girls who are 4 to 6 years old. The goal of our Lil’ Dragons program is to inspire self esteem, respect and confidence to every child and prepare them for our Kids Black Belt Course. Our instructors will teach your child safety and life skills such as, anti drugs, fire safety, stranger danger, bully proofing, anger control, and a life time love for health and fitness. Through fun and exciting training drills and obstacles, they will learn balance, cooperation, coordination, discipline, listening skills and a spirit of constant improvement. Through dynamic ancient Kung Fu forms they will improve their memory and stay fit for life.
